Valorem Consulting – Our client is an indigenous football company located in Sagamu. They have successfully run a football academy for over 2 decades with a pedigree in developing football talents. The football academy is seeking to integrate formal education into its academy.
They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Literature Teacher

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Responsibilties
Teaching & Learning:

Prepare and deliver well-structured, curriculum-aligned lessons.
Use diverse teaching methods to cater to varying learning styles and abilities.
Set clear learning objectives and provide constructive feedback.
Integrate technology and innovation in classroom instruction.
Classroom Management:

Establish and maintain a positive, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment.
Implement behaviour management strategies consistent with school policies.
Promote respect, responsibility, and a growth mindset among students.
Assessment & Reporting:

Regularly assess student progress using various tools (formative and summative).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
Provide timely feedback to students and parents through reports and meetings.
Pastoral & Student Support:

Monitor the well-being of students and provide appropriate support or referrals.
Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting values aligned with the school ethos.
Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field with 3 years work experience.
